Proper scheduling is a vital part of our business. We wish to be respectful of our team's ability to book clients and have enough time to properly serve them. In order for scheduling to remain orderly we enforce a strict cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the full service price. Any appointment no-shows will be charged 100% of the full service price.
